Chef Jannybug, formerly known as Udderly Delightful, began in 2010 when Jan Schroeder, and her husband bought their first cow, Esther. Inspired by their abundant milk supply and a desire to create something special, she began making cheese and offering mozzarella-making classes. Over time, they expanded their offerings to include delicious dip mixes, all-natural soaps, skin care, and essential oil products—each crafted with care and a passion for quality.
